The SKHM or All-Love training begins with you understanding that there is more to better yourself. Whether this is the need to feel better or because you love working with the energy, this is not important. What is important that you do it for yourself.
The workshops are formed in a way that you learn by experiencing. It fits everyone who is just starting as well as those who have been working with All-Love for years. Based on the Shenu-mediation, you will be guided into connecting yourself with the energy, learning to open up and feel what it is you need.
The connection, or initiation comes only when you open yourself. When you are ready and you can surrender to the energy. Much of what SKHM brings has to do with emotions just as life brings us emotional experiences. As life goes on, you have new experiences, we are never done working on ourselves. With SKHM you work on your own evolution and the way of working grows with you. It shows you what you need.

The workshops are setup dynamically, so you encounter news things every time you participate. In this way you get new insights with the different meditations and exercises you do. This is the way to grow your awareness.

The general workshop has:


- Introduction and explanations.
- Meditation, energy work en processing.
- Sharing experiences.
- Instructions of the SKHM meditation
- Demonstration of the healing process.
- Handling emotional or energy blockages
- Individusl meditation guidance
- Infinity Dance experience
- Integration of group energy and dynamics.
- Breathing techniques.

Besides the workshops you will receive addition information and you will follow additional training sessions to master all the individual practices.
